Thank you for shopping with Aircierge! We want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your Aircierge Cube and guide, we are here to help.

Returns
– Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your
Aircierge Cube.
– Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the Aircierge Cube must be unused, in
the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your
emailed receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at help@aircierge.com to initiate the return
process.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive
instructions on how to return the product.
3. Shipping: Pack the Aircierge Cube securely in its original packaging and send it back to
us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
– Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
– Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7
business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending
on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your
statement.
